Well, welcome to the live shoot podcast. This is a Thursday, April 8th, and I thought I'd hop on here just real quick and give an update because last night rumors started Coming out and reports that Joe Biden is finally going to issue his executive orders on, on gun control. And I thought, we'd just give you a quick update on, on what what's going on out there. We haven't seen the executive orders yet, but we will probably be seeing them today. So the rumors are, is one. He is, he is going after. Ghost guns. And that is no surprise. He's issuing a directive. It's believed that at least you're going to have to go through background checks to get quote unquote ghost guns and how they're going to define that. We don't know yet. And we don't know what else they're going to try and do. Typically, a ghost gun is something that's considered, I think they typically it's it's lower that's, 80% finish that you can finish out, but there are so many other, things that they may throw in there that can constitute, parts of a firearm that need to be, to be get Required to have a background check. So we will see where that develops. The other interesting one is that they are going after AR style pistols. Now this is, you know, I think humorous to a degree because I can guarantee you that prior to the Colorado shooting, they'd had no idea that these existed they didn't realize that they were AR style pistols out there. And then when the shooter happened to use one, they like, they opened up their eyes and said, Oh, there's something else that looks. Evil and bad out there that we've got to ban and it was just you. So let's go at it. There, there going after the pistol braces that the ATF has already, you know, the last year they issued a a. Statement and asked for comments on restricting pistol braces. And they, the response they got was so overwhelming, against that, that they, they backed off of it, but you know, it's still out there. And the other thing about pistol braces that people don't understand is that they, they were originally designed to help our injured veterans coming back to still continue to be able to participate in shooting. So those that had. A difficult time because of their injuries and supporting either a rifle. They created this pistol brace to help stabilize the weapon and that th that they could still participate in shooting. And that is why these were originally developed. And again, the Biden regime, they have no, no concern for that whatsoever. It's just something that looks bad. They didn't realize they existed. So let's go out and ban them. I think. You, it was red flag, whole house. And you know, those are very concerning because your neighbor can report you as being someone of suspicious character and the eliminate, your due process. They can come in potentially and take all your weapons away until, till you are reviewed by either a psychiatrist or a court judge. And so those have always been very Concerning and the places that they've had red flag logs in place have not shown any that they've not had any impact. And then the last thing that's supposed to be coming out today is that he is going to be nominating David Chipman as the director of the Bureau of alcohol, tobacco, and firearms, the ATF. And so Chipman is currently working for the Giffords, which is. The advocacy group led by former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords Giffords that they, their organization argues that strong gun laws save lives. And so here he is, he's working as their advisor and against the anti gun anti-fracking amendment gun control group. And we're going to putting him in charge of the ATF. That doesn't concern you and what are our rights are going to be? Nothing will. That's all we know right now. I just want to get up and get this out there real quick for everybody. We will stay on top of it and. Become you know, I'll be coming out with more episodes. As soon as we, we know more, but again, you know, we have to unite as, as second amendment supporters Patriots, those who want to keep our freedom and Liberty, we've got to unite stick together. We're going to have to encourage our attorney generals, our state legislators, our, our senators, or congressmen to object to any of these types of. Executive orders that come out our, our County Sheriff's in terms of enforcing them. My County is like second amendment County, and they've swarmed that they will not support the, the enforcement of any laws that they consider against that violate the second amendment. So we need to all reach out to all the various groups out there and start voicing our concerns over these executive orders. So stay tuned. I'll give you more updates as they become available. Thanks.
